One Pan Tomato Basil Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor)
1 lb. chicken breasts, chopped
1 tsp. dry basil
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, saute rice-vermicelli as directed.
Add 2 cups water, chicken and special seasonings.
Cover.
Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli, tomato and basil.
Cover and simmer 5 to 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
