Hot Chocolate Base - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. Nestle Quik or Hershey's instant chocolate
    12 oz. powdered creamer (Cremora)
    8 qt. powdered milk
    1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Mix together in a large bowl.
    Put in a tightly covered container.
    Use 1/3 cup per cup of hot water.
    Makes about 30 cups of cocoa.
