Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Mix in sugar, flour and oil.
    Will be stiff.
    Add squash, nuts, spices, baking powder and soda.
    Then it will soften some.
    Put in two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
