Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. pork roast (shoulder or loin)
    2 1/2 lb. beef roast (chuck or arm)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. (1 jar) barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat.
    Cook all together on simmer 6 to 8 hours. Can be frozen.
    Serve on buns.
