Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn, drained (save liquid to add to the milk to make 1 c.)
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Sift all ingredients and mix.
    Combine eggs and cream-style corn and the cup of liquid.
    Add together with dry ingredients. Mix until flour is moistened.
    Drop from full teaspoons in deep, hot fat at 375\u00b0.
    Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
    Makes about 18.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve with vegetables or syrup and sausage.
