Homestyle Bread Bowls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Fleischmann's active, dry RapidRise yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
1/4 c. shortening
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
Cut shortening into flour, baking powder and salt with pastry blender in large bowl until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Stir in yeast mixture and just enough buttermilk until dough leaves side of bowl and forms a ball.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, gently roll in flour to coat.
Knead about 1 minute until smooth.
Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease outsides of 6 (10 ounce) custard cups.
Place cups upside down on ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 x 1-inch.
