Blue Cheese Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round
6 oz. Blue cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
3/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Combine beef, cheese, salt, garlic, bread crumbs, oregano, rosemary, parsley and 1/2 cup of the dry white wine; mix well. Shape mixture into small balls.
Brown well in heated oil; drain on Scott towel.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
