Blt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag plain mini bagel chips
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 lb. cherry tomatoes or equivalent, diced
    1 (32 oz.) jar nonfat mayonnaise
    1 packet Italian or herb Italian dressing
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    milk as needed (to thin dressing)
    1 head crisp lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
    1 to 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional as garnish)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and let blend in refrigerator at least 1 hour prior to serving.
    Mix in lettuce or serve dressing on side.
    Top salad with bagel chips.
