Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt together with a fork. Combine mixtures.
Chill for 15 minutes.
Makes 2 double 9-inch pie shells.
