Overnight Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium cabbage
1/2 medium green pepper
2/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small red onion
2 carrots, peeled
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Shred all vegetables.
Mix vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables.
Stir to combine.
Cover; refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
