Low-Fat Corn Bread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    skim milk (enough to mix)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour into greased pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes.
