Apple-Raisin Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/3 c. chopped apples
    1/4 c. seedless raisins
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 (1 lb.) whole chicken breasts (boneless, split and pounded)
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In saucepan over medium-high heat, heat chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of margarine until margarine melts.
    Stir in stuffing mix, apples, raisins and pecans. Divide mixture evenly among 4 chicken pieces.
    Roll up.
    Secure with toothpicks.
