Spicy Chicken And Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. boneless chicken, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can golden corn soup
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Put margarine in skillet; cook chicken until brown.
Cook onion and bell pepper with oregano, black pepper and paprika until tender-crisp.
Stir in soup, tomatoes and rice.
Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet.
Cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
Makes four servings.
