Baked Cranberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) bags cranberries
1 c. sugar
8 oz. jar orange marmalade
1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Wash cranberries; drain. Place in 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle sugar over berries. Cover with foil. Bake at 321\u00b0 for 1 hour. Place nuts on foil last 10 minutes of baking to toast. After baking, stir in marmalade and nuts. Serve hot or cold.
