Chicken Souffle(Makes 10 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices white bread
1/2 c. mayonnaise
5 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 to 4 whole chicken breasts
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Butter one side of bread slices and remove crusts.
Cook, bone, skin and slice chicken breasts.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Line bottom with 8 slices bread.
Cover with sliced chicken. Spread chicken slices with mayo and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining 8 slices bread.
Beat together eggs, milk and salt.
Pour over entire casserole.
Refrigerate overnight or all day.
