Rice-Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    flour
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. fat
    4 slices onion
    4 Tbsp. uncooked rice, washed and drained
    1 tsp. sage
    2 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with flour, salt and pepper;
    brown in fat.
    Place chops in casserole dish.
    On top of each pork chop place 1 slice onion and 1 tsp. rice.
    Season with salt and pepper and sage.
    Pour tomatoes over all.
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
