Bubble & Squeak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 peeled potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 head of cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. shredded corned beef (can use canned corned beef)
    flour
    veg. oil
Preparation
    Boil 4 peeled potatoes til soft, mash with butter or margarine.
    Finely slice half a cabbage in grinder or processor. Cook and drain cabbage, cool and squeeze out moisture.
    Mix with cool potatoes, salt, pepper and corned beef.
    Form into 8 patties, dusting both sides of each with flour.
    Fry in 1/4 inch of oil til brown on both sides.
