Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/3 c. roasted garlic butter (Land O' Lakes)
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh parsley (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
    Salt, to taste
    Lemon juice, optional
Preparation
    Saute shrimp in garlic butter until the shrimp turns pink. Add wine and cook about 1 minute.
    Add parsley and salt.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, if desired.
