Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 10 potatoes, diced and cooked
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 eggs, boiled and chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients in well drained potatoes. Must refrigerate.
    Yields 15 to 20 servings.
