Homemade Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 or 3 onions, chopped
1 to 3 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
Preparation

In a large pot or Dutch oven, add V-8 juice, soups, bouillon, mixed vegetables, onions and beef.
Add 3 soup cans of water.
Add more water, if desired.
Cook over low heat until vegetables are done.
Do not add salt.
Makes a lot and freezes well.
