Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup and equivalent amount of mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 drops Tabasco
    paprika, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil broccoli in minimum of water with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice until tender; drain.
    Saute mushrooms and onion with 1 tablespoon butter until tender.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
