Quick Salmon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained (save the liquid)
    2 beaten egg yolks
    1 c. white wine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (Colman's)
    2 tsp. sugar
    dash of cayenne
    1 envelope gelatin, dissolved in the juice from the can
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except salmon, in a saucepan.
    Cook mixture over low heat until heavy cream consistency.
    Fold in the salmon.
    Chill well overnight.
