Potatoes Murphy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. small red potatoes
    1 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 cube margarine
    1 c. chopped green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil or steam potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Let cool. Leaving skins on, cut potatoes in quarters or small size pieces. Using a 3-quart casserole dish, put a layer of potatoes in bottom of dish.
    Dot with slices of margarine.
    Sprinkle on part of cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
    Repeat process.
    Bake in covered dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
