Meat Loaf (Low-Fat But Tasty) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey breast meat
    1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. grated carrot
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together and put in a 7 or 8-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 40 minutes until firm and brown on top.
