Crustless Microwave Hot Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick margarine
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Preparation

In a microwave-safe dish, melt cocoa and butter until butter is melted.
Mix well.
Combine eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture. Stir well.
Pour into buttered 8-inch pie plate.
Microwave approximately 8 minutes on High power.
Serve hot with ice cream. Delicious!
