Hot Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. medium salsa
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet.
    Add tomato sauce and bouillon cube.
    Bring to full boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Prepare rice as package directs.
    Serve meat mixture over rice.
    Garnish with chopped tomatoes, sour cream, shredded Cheddar, tortilla chips and sliced ripe olives.
