Ann Landers' Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Night before serving, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
    Add to dry ingredients along with buttermilk.
    Stir into ball and knead until nearly smooth.
    Cover and chill overnight.
