Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. almond
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl.
    Add all other ingredients and stir by hand until mixed.
    (Do not beat.)
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool in pan.
