Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. ripe, mashed bananas
1/3 c. shortening, margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Use 3 mixing bowls.
In the first bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In the second bowl, blend with mixer the bananas, shortening and milk.
In the third bowl, beat eggs.
Add the second bowl to the first bowl.
Mix until blended.
Beat on high for 2 minutes.
Add beaten eggs and remaining 3/4 cup flour.
Beat until blended.
Bake in greased and floured bread pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
