Paprika Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 frying chicken
1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
Add a piece or 2 of chicken at a time and shake to coat.
Then brown in skillet in hot Crisco.
Add onion, water and paprika.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Remove chicken and keep warm.
Make sour cream gravy.
