Beef Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck roast
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. oil
    milk
Preparation
    Stove Top:
    Place chuck roast in large pot and cover with water.
    Season.
    Bring to full boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and cook for 2 hours.
    Watch and add water as needed.
    Mix flour, egg, oil, salt and pepper and milk as needed.
    Mix until stiff (like pie crust).
    Roll out thin and cut into squares.
    Drop into boiling broth and cook approximately 20 minutes.
    Remove roast.
    Cut up and remove fat.
    Add back to boiling mixture.
    May add more water, if needed.
    Can also use chicken in place of beef, if desired.
