Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 to 3 c. diced zucchini (peel skin)
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. chopped or diced onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together.
Grease pie pan, rectangular pan or Corning Ware.
Bake about 45 minutes.
The top will be golden brown.
Serve warm.
