Spanish Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick oleo, melted
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 T. flour
    2 cans yellow hominy, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. Carnation milk, undiluted
Preparation
    Cook onions in melted oleo, stirring constantly, until tender - do not brown.
    Add flour, mix well.
    Add hominy.
    Mix green peppers, cheese and milk; stir over low heat until thick and cheese is melted.
    Mix together.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
