Great Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh fish of choice, whole, cleaned or filleted
    1 lemon or lime
    1 onion
    1 large tomato
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. olive oil, oleo or butter
Preparation
    Arrange fish in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish; turn under thin edges.
    Salt and pepper as desired.
    Slice thin the lemon or lime and onion.
    Place citrus slices over fish.
    Separate onion into rings and place over fish-citrus.
