The World'S Richest Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla or other flavoring as desired
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar together in a large bowl.
    Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl.
    Gradually add the milk, stirring it in completely.
    Add the eggs one at a time, stirring each one in completely.
    With the final egg, add the vanilla.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a loaf pan that you have previously buttered and lightly floured.
