Fiesta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. Stove Top corn bread stuffing mix
    1 1/2 c. chopped chicken
    3 Tbsp. green chilies
    salsa
    sour cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl.
    Stir in milk; add remaining ingredients, except salsa and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Pour mix into 9-inch microwavable pie plate.
    Cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Stir edges of mixture, toward center and from center to outside.
    Smooth, cover and cook 4 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes and serve with salsa and sour cream.
