Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chili beef soup
    1/4 c. salsa
    3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a medium bowl with a mixer at low speed or in food processor, beat or process beef soup, salsa, Cheddar cheese and hot pepper sauce until as smooth as possible.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    On waxed paper, place chopped walnuts.
    Shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in coating until well coated.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 1 ball, about 16 servings.
