Scalloped Corn Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients well.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Melt butter and pour over 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over corn.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until testing straw comes out of center clean.
