Orance Ice Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2-inch) sq. orange peel
    4 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
    1 c. sugar or less
    1/2 c. Grand Marnier
Preparation
    Using Cuisinart: Insert metal blade; add orange peel, 1 cup juice, sugar and Grand Marnier to work bowl.
    Process until peel is finely chopped.
    Add processed ingredients to remaining juice and mix well.
    Pour into ice cube trays or similar sized metal pans.
    Freeze until firm.
