Kahlua Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium yams
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Kahlua
Preparation

Boil yams until tender, but firm; peel and halve lengthwise. In heavy frying pan, melt butter and sugar.
Add Kahlua; stir and cook 1 minute.
Add yams; turn until brown on all sides.
Cover; reduce heat and cook 15 minutes.
Turn once before serving. Serves
4 to 6 people.
