Roasted Pepper Dip(Almost Fat Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) jar roasted peppers, drained
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 c. fat free cottage cheese
Preparation
    In blender or food processor, blend red pepper, basil, garlic and seasoning.
    Add cottage cheese and blend until smooth.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Garnish with fresh basil.
    Serve with toasted pita chips.
