Sour Cream Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar and
cornstarch;
whisk in milk until smooth. Add yolks until blended; stir in lemon juice, peel and butter. Cook over medium heat
in
double
boiler, until thick. Do not beat! Cool to room
temperature.\tAdd
1\tcup
sour cream and stir in well. Pour\tinto
baked pie shell. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
