Spiced Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 c. catsup
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 lb. franks, cut into thirds
Preparation
    Combine flour and water to make a thickening.
    Add remaining ingredients in order given, mixing well before adding franks. Simmer 20 minutes.
