Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
6 c. Raisin Bran flakes cereal
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Mix together eggs, oil and buttermilk.
Add in Raisin Bran, flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Pour mixture into muffin tins.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
This makes about 6 dozen muffins.
The batter keeps in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 weeks.
Keep tightly covered and use as needed.
Can also make just half the recipe.
