Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix
sugar, flour, baking powder, soda and cocoa.
Sift several
times.
Add mayonnaise, cold water and vanilla.
Beat thoroughly.
Pour
into a loaf pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Ice with Caramel Frosting.
