Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix or white Duncan Hines
    2 large crushed Dole pineapple
    2 large cherry pie filling
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding, mix by directions
    2 large containers Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake cake by directions and let cake cool and crumble.
    In punch bowl, make 3 layers by alternating cake, pineapple (spoon over cake), coconut, pudding (already mixed), cherry pie filling (save some for topping) and Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate until served.
