Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Melt 1/2 stick of butter and Velveeta cheese, then stir mixture into drained broccoli.
    Crush crackers and melt other 1/2 stick of butter into them.
    Line casserole dish with 1/5 of the Ritz mixture.
    Pour in the \"broccoli soup.\"
    Top with the remaining Ritz mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
