Peppy Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. shredded cabbage
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Cook cabbage, covered, in 1-quart of boiling water for 7 minutes.
Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients; toss with cooked cabbage.
