Ingredients

okra
cloves of garlic
hot pepper (optional)
1 tsp. dill
1 qt. vinegar
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
Preparation

Wash and leave a little stem on okra.
Place in jars with a clove of garlic and hot pepper and dill.
Heat vinegar, salt and water and pour over okra and seal.
