Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover bread
    vanilla flavoring
    1 egg
    cinnamon
    ginger
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 stick butter
    oil
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Crumble bread in mixing bowl. Add vanilla flavoring, milk, spices, sugar, raisins, egg and butter. Melt butter and pour into mixture. Combine all ingredients together. Pour in lightly oiled baking pan. Cook until top of mixture is crisp. When cool, cut up in squares.
